A gut renovation in a Mt Tabor home took this kitchen from the original layout and finishes to an open contemporary space ideal for entertaining. A wall of casement windows and a skylight were added to flood the space in natural light, wall removal to create openness and flow between the kitchen and dining area, custom cabinetry including a freestanding island with custom-fabricated legs, hardwood floors and stainless finishes throughout. This space went from 1970s dark kitchen to an open space setup for large gatherings.
